Baked Ji Dan Gao 超湿润鸡蛋糕

今天要和大家介绍这*好料*蛋糕. ^^
 平常吃鸡蛋糕是不是会有像干得啃到喉咙的感觉?  宰下有救了, hihi..... 
上星期日因为要做中秋,老妈子要我烘个蛋糕. 我脑子里第一个就想到了鸡蛋糕, 所以就请教了Mr. Google. Google 第一个show的就是Zoe (bakeforhappykids) 的食谱. 我偶像post的recipe怎么能错过呢! 当我click in, read 了后, 就知道这是我要的! 哈哈,这可是我史上最快的google research. 
 这蛋糕是super moist! 没骗你,是extremely moist! 多谢分蛋方法,令这蛋糕好吃得不得了.
 因为表皮破裂,再加上花纹太丑了,就搽上了Nutelle Spread 做修饰.
 看看蛋糕的气孔有多漂亮啊! 哈哈,在暗爽中....
