Ingredient:
- 1 can of condensed milk (500g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of self raising flour (140g, sifted)
- 3 tablespoon margarine (45g, melted)
- 1 teaspoon honey vinegar ( or pure lemon juice)
Grease the rice cooker and place parchment paper at the bottom.
Separate egg white with yolk.
Beat egg white until soft peak, honey vinegar add lastly to stabilize the egg white.
