It’s truly an amazing piece of chocolate cake. It’s so soft and spongy like, melt in your mouth right after you bite it.
Merely two ingredient you need to prepare.
* 3eggs
* chocolate bar 170g ( milk and dark chocolate mixture)
How to make it ?
Remark:
Put 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice into egg white, at midway through
whisking. This is helpful to stabilize them and prevent them from
liquefying again.
