it's been a while that i didn't utilize my rice cooker to bake after i had own an oven.
many friend of mine doubting  " Isn't any impact on the cake by using rice cooker?"

 " Depends... " Actually.....

Crusty atop like brownies or blondies, oven for sure is your best choice. But if you want to bake a soft and spongy cake, why not give a shot to rice cooker? i will guarantee to you, there are no different in terms of TASTE.
