Ingredient:
- 250g all purpose flour
- 250g ground peanut
- 130g icing sugar
- 100g grape seed oil + 60g peanut butter
- 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)
- mix all the dry ingredient in a large bowl.
- melt the peanut butter and add in the oil, and mix well.
- pour the wet into dry ingredient, mix until it's well combine.
- roll the cookies dough into your desire shape. (I'm using my tablespoon as my cookies mold, so their shape looks bigger)
- bake for 170 Celsius in fan mode about 20 mins, take out the cookies, brush the egg on top, then continue to bake for about 10 mins.
