最近上YouTube都一直看vegan diet或是eat clean的video,搞得我都有点受影响了。原本没想要share我这普通到不行的oatmeal食谱,但它实在是太好吃了,也刚好符合这个月little thumbs up的主题,so我还是决定share我这自创的overnight oatmeal.
Here are the Ingredient:- 150ml soymilk (unsweetened)
- 5 tbsp. Rolled Oat
- 1 tbsp. Molasses (Liquid)
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 medium Banana
- prepare and clean your favourite jar, preferable come with lid. (I'm using shaker)
- pour the soymilk, molasses and rolled oat into the jar, stir until well combine.
- place them in the fridge until the next day.
- on the next day morning, heat the mixture in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
- slice the banana and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
