Madame Waffle

Hunting Matcha on last weekend. Order their signature matcha liege waffle and a cuppa of matcha, it comes in combo set, cost about RM15 (if no mistake la). Fully Self service, u have to pick up your order at the counter, instead of waiting them to serve upon u. Texture wise, it is just a piece of pillowy soft and fluffy bread that shaped like waffle. In fact, the actual liege waffle should be taste much denser& chewier on the inside, with very crispy and caramelized finish from pearl sugar chunk on the outside. Taste wise, I barely taste any matcha, maybe it just been colored in green? Speaking of which, I miss the liege waffle that I had from Manneken at Japan last year. For matcha latte, it is unsweetened with bitter after taste, foamy froth with extra touch of matcha on top. Overall, it have a strong matcha flavor, creamy latte consistency, but wasn't as smooth as it could be.

Warning! get your seat before order. very limited seat they have, approximately 10 table. so you better have your table before start ordering anything at counter. Their Mocha (RM10.9) is less chocolaty& less sweet compare to others. Good for people who opt for healthy version. For me, Non-chocolaty mocha is not worth a single penny. Big Breakfast (RM20.9) comes with a beverage of your choice, which i reckon is worth to order. Banana Loaf (RM8.9) wasn't up to my preference. I'm aiming a bit dense but chewy like texture rather than cakey& sticky type.
